  2. I find the whole thing hilarious.

Four days running, and the airwaves, the internet, the talking heads - hell, even Obama supporters have done nothing but talk about Mac's stupid choice for VP. By my count (including this web site where numerous self-titled politics junkies have posted repeatedly on Labor Day weekend their expert analysis), the world (and the current News Cycle) finds itself talking about one candidate, and one candidate only. As I said on Friday, this was a brilliant piece of work.

Mac wins in November because of it. Whether or not such an event provides a positive outcome for the nation represents an entirely different matter.

When Obama loses in November, look no further than this weekend as to why. Six months ago, I couldn't envision a scenario where the dems wouldn't win back the Presidency. How quickly times change.

Brilliant political maneuver on the heels of the Democratic Convention.

The dems fell for it again, only this time, they can't blame Carl Rove. The Dems did it to themselves.

I would say this is the most delusional wishful thinking I've encountered in years, but it's actually pretty typical for this ET forum.

  4. You think the last few days have been hilarious??

Wait for the VP Debate, that really will be hilarious.

  5. Me too!

Hahahaha. It's fun watching the neoconservatives implode into oblivion.

Palin?! V.P? a heart beat away form putting her paws on the most powerful nuclear launch buttons on earth?

And she is only a year out from being mayor of a town pop: 8000

Even her own mother-in-law says Palin is un-qualified.

Even her mother-in-law, Faye Palin, said: “I’m not sure what she brings to the ticket, other than she’s a woman and a conservative.”

  6. Diddy is the typical Obama maniac: conceited, arrogant, and incredulous that the Annointed One is being "disrespected" by someone they view so contemptuous.

Best part is at the end, when he says, "Alaska? What is the reality about Alaska? There ain't even no crackheads in Alaska, no black people.....you need to get real about Black culture, and black people....we are the future."

Diddy, go talk to the Coz, let him slap you upside the head a few times and edumacate yo gangsta ass 'bout yo bruthas and sistahs, and then come back and try to talk about "reality."

Better a woman and conservative than a narcissistic socialist.

  8. I would watch the debate with Rick Lazio and Hillary Clinton before you laugh yourself into your liberal coma.

  9. Wait for the VP Debate, that really will be hilarious.

    Do you remember:

"I knew john Kennedy and you're no john Kennedy"

or when Gore Invaded Bush's space in their debate.

Biden better tread softly and I hope he knows that.

  10. If Obama wins in Nov, it will be because Rove and Bush gave it to him after 6 years.

Rove is fighting hard to dodge the legacy as the man who destroyed the GOP. If Obama wins, that will be what he is best remembered for.

Republicans had 6 years to get it right - White House and Congress.

The stalemate began in '06 when voters said "enough".

If the Bush/Rove/DeLay trio's policies had won the approval of America, shouldn't McCain be a shoo-in now?
