Here's a new song, nothing fancy, kind of a dark blues in Bm9. It's called "Distant Blues". http://www.guitaristworks.com/bands/350/audio.php My blue Stealth is used for both guitar tracks, rhythm is direct in through a Digitech 2120 Solo is through a Peavey Classic 30 mic'd with a Shure SM57 Bass is direct in, a Jazz bass through the Digitech 2120 Drums are from my Yamaha keyboard. Everything thru a TEAC M35 analog mixer, into my pc using Cakewalk Guitar Tracks software. It's got a few mistakes, but it was fun. I hope you like it, and if not, feel free to rip me a new one.
Nice job! Always nice to see someone who has the guts to put their creative efforts on the line. A nice instrumental.
I think Distant Blues is better than much of the music I hear on the radio. Do you sell your recordings on the web? Do you have any more music that I can listen to?
Wow. I just got an electric guitar as an xmas gift, would like to be able to play like that someday hah.
Nice tune Arnie. As an old broke down Sax player I can appreciate the effort you put into your music. I've got your song blasting over the company intercom right now. It's a blues groove from the boilerhouse this morning. Couple hundred guys are listening to you right now. Thanks for song.
A couple hundred guys... Thanks very much! and thank you to all of you who took the time to listen and post, it means more than I can say... Thank you. Arnie
reviving the old thread http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6763040 http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6763053 When I recorded those I didn't have access to anything more than an electric guitar, drum machine and Pentium II computer. Enjoy!
