Ok I did what I always do when I want to see a winner but keep my self hate in place- I put 3,000 WWAT back into wife's IRA!!! lol I'll sure to get another one of those warning low priced security letters! We have some pretty good company on the buy side I think- both David Gelbaum AND his wife had to file separate sec papers! They are really accumulating. ahhhhh to have the Gelbaum's money as they say..... Waiting on my own account don't want to ruin it for you all (quite yet) ~ stoney
I've been thinking a lot about Madcatz lately. I think i have the whole story figured out. They are tied to Microsoft and Nintendo is kicking ass. Nintendo has the Wii which is wireless and all those touch sensors or whatever recognizes your movements Microsoft does not. Will they copy? And I think this is where we are at. last qtr's earnings report was quite bad sales wise but under the hood better margins and lower costs... not bad.... Compared to CAJT & AXTG it seems more steady at 98 cents and maybe more potential too. They recently bought the joystick division of Take Two and there's lots of bitching and carping by the techno geeks about how madcatz would have a monopoly now on certain products... that can't be bad. I wish their quality was perceived a bit better but nevertheless as we now head towards X Mas... and could you imagine if the next generation X Box was Wii like... I thought for the past two years that MSFT would just give up on the x Box they lose money on each one but now that these things are going to be used as portals to get movies on demand... it all becomes very interesting again. Do we still love the chart TommyM?~ stoney
I believe GRSR was mentioned by someone way back on this fantastic thread. Looked like it could be just another typical pink sheet scam US holding company of some dutch solar outfit. Anyway, a much delayed 10K was filed today so it may not be a scam after all. Up 30% today on decent volume. I will not be a buyer until volume confirms above 250K at a minimum. Could still be a scam...as always, be careful.
picked up some BHIP today was thinking about VG but it's basically crap also like SDTH and OPWV Yes, some bottom fishing but keeping with the thread title...
Alright listen up. I've been waiting & waiting & waiting for my chance to participate in this thread. i think at one point I put a solar play Deli solar in here it tripled of course so here's another trippler for ya hip cat s out there in non safety net land ADST. Now a quick peruse of their news will reveal they are about to be delisted. Sounds tempting doesn't it? I bought $5,000 dollars worth just now at 72 cents. ~ stoney
Damn right I do... especially now with a BIG GREEN BAR in it haha Just took 1/3 off at 1.13 (apparently too early but I set it below the 50day MA), the other 1/3 is coming off at 1.38 and the final bit at 1.60 or if I feel like it holding out for $2.
Oh man I just heard a connect a jet ad on CNBC!!!!! I know they are doing this ad rollout but my first catch of it, pompous sounding english guy prattling on. i'm not sure they are marketing this right. I'm about family travel and pets all the stuff i can't do anymore not executive crap they can get a Lear but hey at the end they are really sneaky they say ... a publicly traded company! How many folks ran to their computers after that??? I did. Anyway nice little bowl base here at $1.50 I've completely forgotten everything about this name but did this spike higher from when we were following it? Or sold off? ~ stoney
5 Days Ago A momentous Thing happened: Connectajet was the middle man for an overseas flight. Jeez this is beyond amateur it's like THE TV SHOW WINGS! I can just see this overloaded old plane chugging down thew runway with this poor group of people off to who knows where in Europe. I don't think they have been heard from since. One mysterious man has though, a connect a jet customer, E Sphaiu who released this rather stilted and strange summation, it really sounds like he's a hostage and has a gun to his head: "I have chartered many private aircrafts and flying with Connect-A-Jet was one of the most pleasurable experiences of all my travels. All the way from the moment the flight was coordinated to the time I landed back on the tarmac, I was overly satisfied with their professionalism, customer support and passenger care. Although Connect-A-Jet is not the operator, I am certain that the next time I am in need of private charter, Connect-A-Jet will connect me to an operator that will provide the same outstanding service," stated E. Sphaiu, a satisfied CAJT Charter Customer. Thursday September 20, 6:30 am ET AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Connect-A-Jet.com, Inc. an online innovator of private jet travel and charter, announced today that its ever-increasing charter requests being received have now converted to actual flight bookings as it reports over $600K in booked charter flights for the month of September. CAJT additionally reports that it has booked its first international charter flight as a European charter trip on a Bombardier Challenger 604 has been finalized and good funds have been received. CAJT has received good funds and completed the described charter flights that collectively equal the stated revenue figures. The aforementioned international charter flight will begin its first leg Friday, September 20, 2007. It is the ultimate longshot though, filling a niche as they say and these booking/charter setups that can pass off fuel costs to the flying airline end up making a lot of money.... I'm assuming that's the set up here. Obviously being pushed by suspicious types but maybe hits $2 before people realize spending cutbacks are not good for the travel industry.... SI
