Oh yeah Silver, I'm following it. I have seen the name change. I haven't yet seen an announcement on the symbol, but VYNT works for me. I'm sitting on 20,000 shares and don't plan on even thinking about selling until $1.50 (and even then it will only be a portion).

Sitting here watching the Masters live coverage from their site and thinking with Rocketstream, I could be watching in Hi-Def on full screen.

Now WWAT is making solar powered chickens. Who'd a thunk it? But seriously the connection with GE Energy could be interesting....

Delaware Governor Cuts Ribbon on WorldWater & Power Corp. $500,000 Solar Project for Poultry Industry
Thursday April 5, 4:39 pm ET

Study Partners include Allen Family Foods, University of Delaware and GE Energy

LAUREL, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In a ribbon-cutting ceremony held here yesterday, Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner joined a host of dignitaries to officially open a milestone solar electric study at a poultry growout house owned by Allen Family Foods, Inc. World Water & Power Corp., developer of proprietary high-power solar systems designed and engineered the $500,000 photovoltaic installation for Allen.

The project is a solar study for the U.S. poultry industry and a partnership between Allen Family Foods, WorldWater & Power Corp., GE Energy, the University of Delaware, the Delaware Department of Agriculture and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.

The new system supplies all essential electricity for lighting, heat and ventilation used to raise day-old chickens to maturity, and will significantly reduce Allen's electricity costs. While the innovative system is connected to the grid to earn net metering credits, it also incorporates WorldWater's sophisticated load management technology. Solar electricity stored in batteries can be tapped if the grid fails, or used during periods when utility rates are most expensive. In the event there is no solar, battery or grid power, the system automatically triggers backup diesel generation of electricity.

Because the cost of grid electricity has risen so high over the past few years, the poultry industry is looking at solar power as a cost effective, sustainable energy source for growout contractors throughout the U.S.

  7. I am very certain NEWC WILL go back to $20 within the next 5 years making it a very good investment. Remember NEW has 7000+ employees and tons of revenue still. This company wont simply disapear.

The key is not buying in all at once. If you want to invest a total of 10K in NEW start with a 3K block and once you establish a decent profit add another 3K and so on.

The worse outcome is you lose 2-3K if some real bad news comes out and the company is deemed non salvagable which sucks but with great returns comes risk...

  9. The shares of common are usually worthless at some point during a bankruptcy process.

"The company's shares fell 5 cents to $1.01 in afternoon trading but will probably be worthless following the reorganization."

  10. If you guys want good otc plays, then go to www.otcspeculator.com. He has made a lot of good calls and he does his homework.

However, his website (my opinion) has now become a virtual pump/dump scam. Seekingalpha decided to place his site on their approved list. When he posts up that he is going in on a stock, then instantly the price of the stock shoots up the next few days.

The trick is to go in on the day that he posts. You can check his website daily, but the best way is to use a feedreader and connect to his website feed. When he publishes something, then you can get the latest.

For example, he stated to go in on AYSI.OB at 56 cents on April 2nd (days ago) and then a day or two later (after the readers of seekingalpha managed to get to his site), this wave of volume and price increase come out of nowhere on the stock. Now its at 67 cents for a 20% gain in a few days. Thats not a bad gain at all for a few days.

    Same thing happened with URME.OB.

So this guy uses his website simply to pump/dump OTC stocks and its seekingalpha approved.
