Well good deal Captn', I guess I didn't realize you were along for the ride. WWAT - It's sun and water, kinda like the beach - what's not to like?

Also, Thanks for the heads-up on ALAN - I'm gonna do some more digging, but at first glance, it looks promising. How can I not put some $ in the company behind ReferTrak? (But...I used to work with this little punk named Alan - the name just grinds on me like nails on a chalkboard).

The below is a bit dated, but the conference is next week. Is there any South Atlantic or Gulf State that wouldn't need a few dozen of these?

WorldWater & Power to Introduce New Mobile Solar Power Unit at National Hurricane Conference
MobileMaxPure Tows into Disaster Areas to Provide Portable Electricity, Water Purification, and Telecommunications
Press Release from WorldWater & Power
    PENNINGTON, NJ
WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTCBB:WWAT), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced that it will debut the company's new MobileMaxPure(tm) solar power unit at the 28th Annual National hurricane Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida, April 10 through 14. The MobilMaxPure(tm) critical response unit can be towed into a disaster area by pickup truck or SUV and immediately provide emergency responders and victims with the essential services of power generation, water purification and satellite communications.
Quentin Kelly, Chairman of WorldWater & Power, noted, "MobileMax(tm) has already proven its value in post-Katrina Waveland, Mississippi - where it is turning contaminated water into clean drinking water for 5,000 to 10,000 residents every day. The new MobileMaxPure is our second-generation device, incorporating everything required by emergency responders. During many disasters, reliable communications is one of the major problems faced in coordinating relief efforts. MobileMaxPure(tm) has solved that problem with on-board satellite-based, wireless voice and data telecommunications, and the power to operate it under the most severe field conditions. MobileMaxPure(tm) can rapidly go wherever needed and make the critical difference for people coping with disasters."
With the flip of a switch, 15 solar panels automatically unfold to create a 12x18 foot photovoltaic array that generates electricity.

A bank of high-capacity batteries power the panel deployment and store electricity for emergency night operations.

MobileMaxPure(tm) can pump and purify up to 30,000 gallons of water a day, meeting World Health Organization requirements for drinking water while avoiding the typical logistical issues associated with trucking in bottled water, as experienced along the Gulf coast after Katrina.

MobileMaxPure(tm) pumps from streams, ponds, lakes, or from contaminated public water systems, as is often the case after hurricanes; the water is purified through a three-stage filtration process using UV purification.

At night, solar-generated electricity stored in the battery array can feed an available 5 horsepower generator to provide lighting and support other emergency operations.

  4. This is great TopD I'm going to inquire at the Red Cross about these. I think they should make a mass gov purchase. I think I'll shoot an e-mail to the White House too. Did I use shoot and the White House in the same sentence? I meant electronically deliver a message that These WWAT solar clean water units are MASSIVELY important and need to be bought with a HUGE Gov Purchase order ASAP!!!! Not to mention the Solomon Islands could use a couple dozen right now!

  8. ALAN is behaving as I suspected in would...falling back from the 2.50 resistance. This is no buy until it falls and holds the 2.10 area, or breaks and holds the 2.50 resistance. Until then, it's a watch list only.
Two others I'm investigating are KWBT.ob and KALG.ob. Both are spooky as hell and have a history that ain't so pretty. Thinly traded as well. That said, they're worth keeping an eye on.
My trading buddy that has heavy exposure in SWEB tells me he expects a pull back towards 1. The big downside on SWEB is that they don't put out much news and that's usually a kiss of death for the .ob's, as is too many PR's that say the same thing. I'll hold for awhile longer, but stop is now @1.15.
WWAT is sweet and now trading at 6 year highs. Lets see if it holds up.
Good trades and have a enjoyable weekend.

  10. Captain, I hear you loud and clear. I'll watch and see how fast it takes out $1.20.

Topdown, are you watching that ZROS soon to be VYNT? If you bought at $1.02 then you're up close to 20%. I have a feeling next week is worth waiting for. Don't sell it yet. Lots of buyers and few sellers today. 10k, 12k, 15k blocks going through, but not the volume of the 20th.
