You guys are falling into the trap of giving publicity to ET's favorite unsponsoring sponsor. He's been doing it for years now.

He even wrote a letter to the White House once, and got a personalized response. Ask him, he'll tell you! The US economy will be saved with his new economic theories, just like how his economic theories helped the UK navigate Brexit.

My daughter wrote a letter to the White House as part of a Junior High project and got a personalized response.

I am appalled that he has yet to be knighted.

So Mr Morgan, the British government uses your work extensively ... yet you have to call on them?

Other than how to grab more of the private sector pie. And Morgan wants to help them. Amazing.

My mother sent her copy of "Fala" to FDR for him to sign. He not only signed it, he put Fala's paw print on the inside front cover. We still have the book. Its priceless.

    The more things change....

"These Republican leaders have not been content with attacks on me, or my wife, or on my sons. No, not content with that, they now include my little dog, Fala. Well, of course, I don't resent attacks, and my family don't resent attacks, but Fala does resent them. You know, Fala is Scotch, and being a Scottie, as soon as he learned that the Republican fiction writers in Congress and out had concocted a story that I'd left him behind on an Aleutian island and had sent a destroyer back to find him – at a cost to the taxpayers of two or three, or eight or twenty million dollars – his Scotch soul was furious. He has not been the same dog since. I am accustomed to hearing malicious falsehoods about myself ... But I think I have a right to resent, to object, to libelous statements about my dog."
