MY IB TWS screen is now this ugly half-beige!

    Pete, I'm curious: Why do I often get a response from IB quicker on ET than I do on IB Help or the IB chat boards? Doesn't seem right somehow.

    Ands what about on a MAc> Using a keyboard without an INS key.

    And hitting shift and help (the Insert key on a mac) doesn't work.

  4. I was also irritated by a change in plateform. The previous platform was fine with me. What matter is that it works.

    Why is it that in releasing this new thing, that IB did not allow for the old version to be used as is? It seems to me to be not a smart decision if this was not thought of, and allowed for.

    BTW: do not listen to those geeks who tell this new version is better in this and that. They still have to allow for the old version. New geeks will come in the future and tell you this new version is not good, and we need a new one. The cycle continues. If it ain't broken, why fix it?

    The problem with the latest upgrade is cosmetic, mostly. But geeks -- except at Apple -- have no taste. So, you get ugly functionality at IB.
