My first week trading - successful but would like advice/tips

it's not your brokers choice. It is the law. All brokers are subject to the same law. The only way around is to open two or more accounts and alternate trades. Or better yet, switch to futures or forex which are not subject to PDT.

 

New Broker won't change the underlying problem of under capitilization. PDT is PDT

 

I didn't think AIDS was that big of a deal anymore

 

Yes I know the law won't change with brokers. I am opening two broker accounts so I can switch off.
