I was surprised that it got down to $26.84 intraday and then bounced a dollar without first going through yesterday's low. That probably should have been a warning signal right there. Notice that it pushed through yesterday's low after-hours. I'm still trying to figure out the proper bias for next week. "When you don't know, don't go" rings in my head. Hmm. My long bias today was based on the QQQ. And the QQQ chart still looks decent actually. Perhaps Monday when New York City enters phase 2, the stock market will love it, and it will gap up nicely and run...??? Now I am debating holding TNA over the weekend. Hmm. It's a great hypothesis, lol.

Here is the SPY chart for perspective. Doesn't look as good as QQQ. SPY looks like it could gap down on Monday and continue downward. Hmm.

Today is Juneteenth. And tomorrow Trump gives a speech in Tulsa. So another possibility is that his speech sparks riots and looting, and we find ourselves Monday morning with a gap down. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions, lol.

This is the Dow futures, 5-hour chart, as it currently stands, 6:40pm EST.
Certainly doesn't give one the feeling of a "gap up and run" on Monday. Hmm.
Currently neutral in my thinking for Monday.

Actually the futures stopped trading at 5pm today (Friday!). But the DIA is up 50-cents since 5:00, which means the Dow futures right now would be the equivalent of 50 points higher (or 25,563). Just for perspective.

I'm going back to my full-time job on Monday, but will continue trading and posting here part-time, possibly just 2-3 days per week.

I have to post this chart again, except on a 1-minute timeframe, and in a full-day view, because there are so many important lessons in this chart for me right now.

The most important lesson is that your mind has to be sharp and fast if you want to daytrade profitably. If you feel groggy or sleepy, or have brain fog, it's going to cost you as it did me today. I can't blame my entire loss on brain fog perhaps, but a significant portion of my $400 loss today can be attributed to brain fog, for sure.
