My first journal. Tradestation, TC2000.

I mostly daytrade with some overnights. I think I need to practice swingtrading, at least a portion of my account, in case the transaction tax eventually becomes a reality. Although with the economy in shambles, perhaps the transaction tax will be put off indefinitely (hopefully!). I will be posting charts, balances, trades, some real-time trades, thoughts on the market, and whatever else. Here we go, lol.

 

Not sure how long I will keep this journaling up. We'll see how it goes.

 

AMZN added to my watchlist today. Gapped up and continuing.

 

Drug names trading near lows of day, indexes trading near highs of day

 

QQQ (Nasdaq) less than $4 from all-time high. With Amazon in seeming rally mode today, perhaps QQQ will also rally.

 

AMZN 30-minute chart.

 

QQQ took out last week's high. Will it continue upwards, or go down and take out today's low at $232?

 

Will AMZN break above May's high? When? Soon?

 

Oops, I guess I need to show the month at the bottom of the chart, lol.

 

TGT down 2.5% today after hitting a 3-week low last week. Will it hit another weekly low this week?
