Medical science is not static, it is evolving. Yes, eggs are good for us, but within limits. And people with certain conditions have more restrictive limits. Of course, you know this; you are just being argumentative. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-...terol/expert-answers/cholesterol/faq-20058468
Yes, I have them from time to time. In that case, and depending on how elevated the initial reading is, a special monitor can be applied that automatically takes several readings over a ~20-minute period while the doctor is out of the room.
I get them as well. My doc has me bring in my machine and looks at the stored readings through time and then checks current readings on both the office machine and my own which actually reads slightly higher than the office one.
Exactly my thought. Similar stuff to when (sometimes) they pull your blood and later the blood spreads under the skin. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If it starts going through all the colors like a rainbow, typical of a bruise, you're fine. That's why you feel most of the soreness in your muscles and little if any on that bruise. Perhaps it was due to the stretching during the sprint that your legs are not used. May I ask what kind of sprint routine exactly was it?
Consider your exercise building up gradually, setting a goal of what you want to do and working towards it. From the first week to the 2nd week sounds like you where not up to par. Then 2nd week you overdid it again knowing you didn't feel right. When in reality you could of have many more smaller workouts to get to the goal of what ever your intentions are. It really reminds me of a the idea of someone over trading.
That's pretty much what has happened. I've got a little bit of light purple left in one area, but most of it has transitioned to that light yellow color or completely disappeared. The workout was five 30 second all-out sprints. After each sprint, you rest for 4min 30sec before you do the next one. In my neighborhood, we have a common grassy area right in the middle of it which is about 200 - 250 yards long I would guess. It takes me the full 30 seconds to run from one end of it to the other, so it was actually perfect for this kind of workout.
Grass is soft so easy on footfall but uneven. For sprints, I would use a soft asphalt or composite surface for hard intervals.
