Interesting thread. Looks like he had something to share and the wanna-bees chased him away. I think he'll do ok, he's figured out a robust system ( practically gave it away) and he seems to know about the one rule that makes for 99% of successful trading. As far as doing 10K - 50K share size, he can't do that. I'll let him explain if he wants to.
Take a break to apply for law school if you have not already. Take the LSAT and go ahead and apply right away regardless of the LSAT because you already missed first round of admissions. You still have the second and third round of admissions but it gets harder. Good schools will require 170 or more for LSAT, btw. Worst case scenario, you become a succcesfull trader with admissions to harvard law that you never completed. BTW, WSJ reported a month back that top financial lawyers out of law school make starting salaray around $140k. Peace.
Cheetos, I just briefly swept through this thread. I sincerely hope you are still enjoying the success that you appear to have been enjoying for a certain time. Now, as several here have pointed out, it may be just a string of "luck" ... maybe you do have a knack for trading, but untill you can prove to yourself that you are profitable year in , year out, maybe you should attribute at least a good part of your success to luck if you can not rationalise your method in mathematical terms. My advice would be to start being cautious now as the stock market appears to be exhibiting a potential end of a 3+ month bee-line trend (the regular movement may have helped you alot). I sincerely think you should now get serious with your nice pile of gains and spend alot of time working out a solid risk management model. This will help you rationalise your trading and possibly save you from a very dissapointing experience if your gains are in fact "winfall". All the best.
Yeah, I thinks its hilarious looking back on this thread how some doubters like hydroblunt immiediately shut their pie holes right when this kid put actual results up. This hydroblunt character gave up daytrading in Feb because he couldn't get it and was just a jealous and begruntled person who thinks no one else can succeed if he cannot. The fact of the matter is there are anomalies that pop up in life. Where people from the very git go just seem "to get it ". It can't be explained how and why they seem to "get it" so fast. It could be a sixth sense or some kind of intuitive feel they have thats so advanced that other regular people like myself and hydroblunt cant understand or comprehend it. History has proved these people to be legit and not frauds. Reading the info. in this thread I definitely think we can all be proud of the fact that we came in contact on this thread with one of those rare human beings who is a truly legit anomaly. Nuff said !!!
Interesting. I don't think it matters if he is legitimate or not. He came to this trading forum for assistance and hopefully he got what he was looking for. ....
