The loss of 3000 USD in one day is a mental problem, it has nothing to do with the market, remember that.
Absolutely agree....I was having my Internet installed into my new studio when I was in the bad trade and well.....I'm not going to make any excuses, I should have exited. I look at every loss as a lesson and I think I finally realized one of the missing pieces to my trading strategy. Thanks for the feedback!

You are correct in thinking the forum would help, but didn't. If you make a bad trade, you get slammed. If you make a good trade, nobody cares.
