Agreed. There was a point where I was tempted to "load up" but instead kept my discipline to keep to trading just 1 ES Contract. Tmrw is another opportunity. Hope your trading is going well
I read it correctly but I still need to work on trusting my strategy. I guess I am hard-headed ---- even after 15 years of trading, I still reserve some doubt in my charts in favor of my spidey senses. Who know? Maybe in the long run, it is a good thing that I am a bit suspicious of my charts so that I reserve some objectivism. But all that matter squat if I don't make a withdrawal this month. What was the 'reason' (aka-excuse for the MMs to turn market on a sixpence and rinse out all the stop losses without giving anyone a whiff of a chance to jump on for the ride) for the customary V-top and rapid reversal? Was this on the back of Chairman Powell pleading with the US gov to engage in more deficit spending? Would this be a 'Fundamental Event' that Prop Firm suckers/traders would be disqualified for trading through?
The drop followed a tweet by POTUS telling GOP to call off further stimulus talks until after the election. It was a typical selling begets even more selling with a big dose of stop loses triggering in domino effect. This happens regularly as long as I've been trading 30+ yrs. I'm old
