I loved the article. I have been trading since 1995 and feel that is wasn't until 2004-2005 that I really became good at trading. Before that, I had some great years and some negative years; but, consistency was a problem. Over the last 5 years I have really been able to mellow out and truly treat this as a business. Good luck to everyone and never quit!
According to this new book, talent is nothing more than lots of luck, and 10000 hours of effort-full practice: Bounce: Mozart, Federer, Picasso, Beckham, and the Science of Success (Hardcover) ~ Matthew Syed (Author) http://www.amazon.com/Bounce-Federe...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273104128&sr=8-1 Well worth a look imo.
