  1. Probability is a guess, an educated one...

Hasan probably did not follow the Golden rule...

  2. So you are so confused that you don't even know your own opinion and are forced to make an "educated guess as to your view on the morality of hasans actions?

I'm asking you ,your view of the morality of hasans actions.

  3. I am not confused about my own opinion, my opinion is that he probably was not following the Golden rule...

  4. Well if that is the best that feeble mind of yours can do is say "probably".

Let me ask you specifically to quantify that "probably" ranging from 0-100% of your certainty of your own opinion.

  5. I am 100% certain of my own opinion...

...and my opinion is that Hasan probably was not following the Golden rule.

It is not necessary for me to quantify opinions of this kind to myself.

For your purposes, probably typically is greater than 50%...

  6. Now then: quit acting like a putz and pretending he isn't an Islamic terrorist who broke your golden rule.

  7. No need to pretend, the facts will eventually come out...

...and it is not my Golden Rule, it is The Golden Rule.

It is the cornerstone of ethical behavior for most religions:

    Islam

“ Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. ”

    — Muhammad, The Farewell Sermon

Jeffrey Wattles holds that the golden rule appears in the following statements attributed to Muhammad: [30]

    * “Woe to those . . . who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure, but when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due”[31]
    * The Qur'an commends "those who show their affection to such as came to them for refuge and entertain no desire in their hearts for things given to the (latter), but give them preference over themselves"[32]

    * “None of you [truly] believes until he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself.”[33]
    * "Seek for mankind that of which you are desirous for yourself, that you may be a believer; treat well as a neighbor the one who lives near you, that you may be a Muslim [one who submits to God]."[34]
    * “That which you want for yourself, seek for mankind.”[34]
    * "The most righteous of men is the one who is glad that men should have what is pleasing to himself, and who dislikes for them what is for him disagreeable."[34]

Really, many drugs are banned but it's not stopping anyone from using them.

Muslims are so into murder, have been since the 7th century, that the overall population of the ME is greatly reduced by it... some scientist noted that the population, at the same rate of growth as China, would be twice what it is today and the only conclusion he could draw was that it was about the ongoing centuries of murder... so don't turn your back on one of the murdering morons is all I can say... about 10% of mosques in the US preach violent Jihad too...

If you want to talk to people that really can't stand Moslems, talk to some of the refugees that are in the US, the educated non-religious ones... they are afraid to say a lot but their disdain is pretty evident...

  10. Fort Hood is a medical facility (or partially anyway) and it is possible personnel were unarmed. They don't carry guns inside. Check it out if you don't believe it. That needs to change.
