On morality I have but one thing to say: The Golden Rule... Morality is wholly subjective beyond that.
You are still dodging the question the subjectivity is irrelevant. I'm asking you ,your view of the morality of hasans actions.
I already explained my answer: The answer is in the Golden rule... Did Hasan follow the Golden rule? My guess is no.
You guess? You don't have enough intestinal fortitude (guts) to assert your own answer with certainty?
Yes, I guess because I do not know what is in the mind of another... That is why legality trumps morality in our country. Our laws are based on what we can know, evidence, objectivity... We cannot know the subjectivity, i.e. concept of morality of another. God knows what is ultimately moral, God alone is the judge. Man in his infinite ignorance can simply follow the Golden rule and live by the laws of the land he is in.
I didn't ask you to answer for hasan dumba$$. I clearly asked you : I'm asking you ,your view of the morality of hasans actions. Does your spine allow you to state an answer to the above with certainty, if it does answer it!
My view is that he probably was not following the Golden rule... Since I don't know his mind, I have no certainty. The military courts will decide his fate, not you or I... They will hopefully follow their legal system and justice system...not some emotionally driven morality play.
Another stupid dodge, you merely switched probably for "guess" So let me get this straight "probably " is as certain as your jelly fished spine will allow you to answer the question: I'm asking you ,your view of the morality of hasans actions.
