Music while trading?

    I have no music at all. I find any sound or distractions significantly impair my concentration.

  4. How about construction sounds, ballplaying . or screaming rug rats?

    All I listen to is the noises coming out of my X_Trader and alarm levels on charting soft, I love ALL music, used to be a pro musician/arranger, had a studio, have been an agent for a symphonic orchestra, etc...but I find my concentration during trading to be affected by music, even my wife is not allowed into the office, apart from occasional tea/coffee delivery...that's sad, I know :)

    I TEL U WHAT:

    GET urself a heart-monitor right and monitor its beat-rate. the faster it gets ACT ON IT. its natural reaction and 90% of the markets r human kick the nuts out of the herd :D
