When trading, I prefer early 80s rock, some patriotic march instrumentals, or even better... just silence.

The market has interesting parallels with music. Look at sheet music, and compare it with a chart.....many similarities. Music has recurring patterns, harmonics, scales, a beat, shifts from major to minor, and many other characteristics. Markets all exhibit these exact same phenomena. There are many market lessons to be learned from music. Personally, I like to trade to classical music, changing the music to fit the tempo of the market. It works for me. Jeff
