Sad to here about this. He's very professional and respectful...had a few conversations with him about TradeStation Easylanguage and Intermarket Analysis. His questions to me told me he thought outside of the box. I first met him when TradeStation was known as Omega Research. wrbtrader
Murray and I used to talk over a decade ago about the automation of trading methods. He once said, "Now you are in the club!" and I told him that I do not know what it means. He explained that regardless of how big the trading industry is, it's still small enough where everyone knows everyone. RIP Murray, and thank you for the guidance that you provided. Matt
Agree, he was. I was thinking about him the other day. I was wondering to myself why Murray hadn't posted in a while.
Sorry... I get along well with Ken Calhoun...he's never stepped on my toes and has always been respectful to me just like Mr. Ruggerio. In addition, I have a love for jazz like Ken does. With that said, I don't think this is the thread to be putting down another ET member (Ken Calhoun) in a thread about a respected ET member that has died. Simply, you could have omitted your personal views about Ken considering this is about Mr. Murray Reggerio. wrbtrader
I had bugged him with loads of questions about his Traders Studio, programming, and his systems many years ago. He was very patient and giving with his time, and took the time to go over all my questions. Sorry to hear he passed, Rest in Peace.
Mr. Ruggiero had many good ideas for trading and seemed to genuinely want to help others. R.I.P. Murray. You will be missed.
