Glad you asked that, here is a statement by the police who are investigating the case "“The assertions put forward by Mr. Wheeler are unfounded,” DC’s police department says in a statement. “The Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) Homicide Branch is actively investigating Mr. Rich’s murder and we continue to work with the family to bring closure to this case as we do with all homicide investigations.”" https://www.washingtonian.com/2017/05/16/everything-thats-weird-latest-seth-rich-story/ There is even more if you are interested "It’s unclear which computer Wheeler was talking about. In a conversation earlier this year, Seth’s brother Aaron Rich told Washingtonian that Seth’s personal laptop has never left his possession." So how exactly did Wheeler (a Fox news stooge and a Trump supporter) got hold of these emails?
because the FBI and local law enforcement will comment on ongoing investigations with familes but not congress. did you read that article... it seems to be contra indicating what you seem to be claiming. let me translate... "They also say Wheeler was not supposed to speak with the press. “The services of the private investigator who spoke to press was offered to the Rich family and paid for by a third party, and contractually was barred from speaking to press or anyone outside of law enforcement or the family unless explicitly authorized by the family,” they said in their statement. So Wheeler was working on the case... just not paid by the family... It’s unclear which computer Wheeler was talking about. In a conversation earlier this year, Seth’s brother Aaron Rich told Washingtonian that Seth’s personal laptop has never left his possession. Its unclear... in other words there could be a computer which shows rich did send the emails to wikileaks. The report said there’s no evidence Seth’s murder was a botched robbery. At the time, however, there had been a series of armed robberies in the area and the wristband on Seth’s watch was damaged–suggesting that there had been an altercation. Aaron also told Washingtonian earlier this year that there was bruising on Seth’s hand and legs to support the police’s theory that the murder was a botched robbery. “I think they pretty quickly ruled out any association to his work,” he said." In other words there still no evidence this was a robbery and not a hit. I note that when I lived in D.C. there were always armed robberies "in the area"
Local law enforcement regularly makes such statements and they just did, conspiracy busted. Also, FBI does too unless they fear leaks if the politicians themselves are the subject of the investigation.
Your statements are suggestive, not conclusive. Why are the police "working with" the family for closure, a family that obviously does not want to believe their son/brother worked against the DNC, or at least in favor of transparency in regards what the DNC, and what it's officers were up to? Are you suggesting the police, who haven't found out who murdered Seth, are trying to help the family rule out DNC operatives out for revenge? Is the brother suggesting that if Seth did leak info, it would have to be on the laptop that is still in the brother's possession?
Roger Stone and Drudge Diversion play, Fox even had Ken Starr on talking about Vince Foster and I'm sure tomorrow will be some old shit about Obamas birth certificate and on and on and on.
right... they routinely put out information to help perps and allow the public to make tips that seem more legit.
Since there's no evidence of a Russia-hacked-the-election theory, i'll REPEAT allegations that Seth Rich leaked most of what the DNC was upset about. I'll let Bill Still repeat the story, as he does, bringing together a few more details, such as, Assange himself has admitted it was Rich, and himself offered a $20k bounty for info leading to the conviction of who did it. By repeating the story, it should automatically be MORE TRUE, by lefty standards. It's extremely suspicious the police say it's a "botched robbery" when they don't know who did it, or why, or why nothing was stolen off of Seth Rich.
