Now you are just trying to derail the conversation.

I am saying that FBI wasn't investigating the DNC email leaks on July 10 when Seth Rich was killed because the leaks became public only 12 days later.

You are the one saying FBI knew BEFORE the emails went public that Rich was the leaker so I am asking that if FBI did know at the time that Rich was leaking those emails then why didn't they stop him and arrest him instead of letting the crime happen over a period of many days?

what the hell are you talking about
The FBI could have obtained those documents at any time.
Just as the white house could ask to pull out of the database conversations after the fact and then unmask the parties..

I am sure the FBI can pull up the conversations of dead people and overseas wikileaks offices which just a simple request to the NSA... no FISA court oversight needed after Rich's death.

you don't seem to understand how the NSA spying program works.
    They capture and store everything.

You are forgetting something - the claim that the FBI searched Rich's computer within 96 hours of his death. That's the Fox News BS that doesn't stand the smell test.

The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.

that seems like a pretty detailed piece of info... the kind that I would bet will someday be proven to be accurate...
especially in light of the fact... the emails were leaked and Rich was murdered.
and that Julian Assange heavily hinted it was Rich.

that makes your smell test info seem like a herring maybe not a red herring but a herring.

Again - the timing doesn't pass the smell test.

If the FBI knew Seth Rich did those illegal acts and didn't act for days until he was murdered. Nope, doesn't pass the smell test at all.

Whenever they knew, why did they wait to investigate until his death if they knew in real time or even after the leaks.

And why hasn't Rich been named the accused until now or that FBI is investigating him - nobody is asking for evidence, simply confirming the subject of an investigation is something FBI routinely does. Leaks investigation has been going on for months, no leaks until now that Rich was a suspect?

    Total BS.

I told you why now would be a great time to leak.
Comey is gone and not protecting the establishment.
    let the info out again.
the administration and congress call for a better inquiry.

its a prefect leak in the interests of justice.

    Total BS.

FBI is full of Trump stooges (remember Guiliani leaking Hillary's email news beforehand) and you are telling me that they would wait until now to release this info when it would have done more damage back in November.

And again - why would FBI officially deny that they are investigating Rich's murder????

I am talking when someone working with Federal Law enforcement would want to leak the story. Not necessarily a trump supporter but someone not controlled by comey anymore who thinks this lead should be pursued even if it involves establishment democrats.
