    Hello,

Could someone tell what is the proper symbol name for the December 2009 FTSE 100 futures contract (Z symbol from LIFFE) , Zenfire datafeed? I tried Z1209 but no luck.

I am trying to add it to Quote manager with no success so far. I had no issues adding the e-minis from CME, so wonder what I am doing wrong.

    Thanks

  3. Just to let all of you know I installed MultiCharts on Windows 7 64 bit yesterday and it was flawless. I opened 28 workspaces with dual datastreams in each workspaces and the dual processor barely read 8%. The machine was running 4 GB of Ram and I opened 4 versions of MC to run those 28 workspaces as well.

I've been using charting and strategy development tool for 20 years, starting with Computrac in the 1980's, Multicharts is clearly the best product I've seen hands down. Multibroker, MultiDataFeed, genetic optimizer, walk forward optimizer, easylanguage based and it's inexpensive. No other product even comes close and I've used them ALL for years.

You may try editing the time parameters for the exchange where your ES symbol is defined.

Is there a reason someone would do this? Seems crazy to brag about multi core and threaded advantages but then run as a 32 bit app under win xp 64 bit or win 7 64 bit.

  9. If you open multiple occurances of MultiCharts on a 64 bit machine, you utilize the multiple cores.

It uses multi cores with just one instance of Multicharts open but it still runs as a 32 bit app. Why would Multicharts do that? Baffling...
