Multicharts User Thread

    Dude, you just use Control-R on the chart, and the quote manager retrieves the missing data. Boom, problem fixed.

    Yeah, that is a keyboard short cut. I don't know where this is documented, but I read it from someone else's post.

    guys , somehow I haved removed the drawing tools from the lower taskbar, I mean the individual icons of horizontal line, trendline etc... I have drawing tools ticked in toolbars and I still get the dropdown menu from the show/hide drawing tools above, but not the individual icons spread like I had them once before.... any idea ?

    I emailed the folder for while ...(around 2 weeks more)
    but did not receive any feedback ....
    I wish it could be fixed by a little patch but not in the next version .

    I did receive your archive, but it was corrupted and part of the files couldn't be extracted. This is why I couldn't test.
    I sent you an e-mail to inform you, but you didn't reply. I assume your spam control just filtered my e-mail.
    Could you send the working archive?

  7. No , I emailed another email with the data rar file when I got your first email . Did you check with your CS as the email was not sent to you .

    I read through my spam box but found nothing too .

  8. Could you publish your file on rapidshare.com and send me a link please? I think you assumption is correct our and our mail server just blocks large attachments.

  9. When I asked your email , you told me to find it in your company web page ....
    I did it but you say there is transmission problem ...
    and now you ask me to send you a link ... without telling me your email address . Why your company blocked email from a registered email address of the customer ?
    After one month , the file are not even sent and received .....
    I reported this problem in the live chat and let your staff to linked my computer and let them controlled my computer .It was almost two months ago. They knew this problem but seems did not do anything to solve it .
    I guess this loop will come again and again . Maybe I am wrong but up to now you only give me impression that your company don't want to solve it .

    OK , tell me again an email address that I can reach . I will email it by yousendit.coom .

  10. There is a transmission problem for large files. It is not our policy, it is e-mail server rules.
    I think you got a wrong impression. We are eager to resolve this issue. You uploaded corrupted file and I replied, but you didn’t get back to me.
