  2. Andrew, I have a huge question.

    We've asked support to help with a backfill problem and they want us to uninstall our indicators and install a custom dll that was sent us.
    The problem is that without our indicators loaded we can't duplicate the backfill problem. Can you explain this to DG so he better understands this and gives us a solution we can work with?

  4. We did consider such a possibility in the past, but people keep asking us not to discontinue selling life-time licenses. Therefore, we are re-considering our options.

  5. for indicator or signal analysis, there maybe alert messages in the right corner floating sub-window. However it flashes only a few seconds, and goes away.

    how should i retrieve these message later? thanks.

    You could use the email alert function or just set the duration of the visual alert to always open.

  7. thanks for quick reply. it is my problem that i did not describe clearly.

    the pop up message is for auto trading order execution status, not for indicator alert message.

    I was using OT as data feed for MC but with their demise, I am looking for another data source for real time stocks, options, futures data

    Any recommendations?
