Anyone knows if MC supports Market Profile studies?. I tried the 2.1 version but didn't manage to get a TPO chart. Best regards.
I sort of don't think MC is set up for somebody that trades intraday off the screen, maybe off indicators or automated... sort of lacking in that area, probably they can engineer that stuff in and will I'm sure. I looked at the list of indicators and didn't see a "volume by price" or "market profile".. I wrote one once for Tradestation, it was not all that easy but it worked well once I debugged it. I had to have it draw sets of trendlines that represented the volumes by price, it involved large arrays of all the volumes sorted out by price in nickel gradients [I was using it on stocks] and getting the trendlines to end just where I wanted them to was a small headache......
one MC user wrote a MP routine. It is available for sale. I have to dig up his name and email address.
