Please have a look at the following for the reviews: 1. PDF review for AmiBroker 2. PDF review for TradersStudio 3. Why I chose TradersStudio over AmiBroker More of the research and discussion can be seen in the following threads: 1. Getting Started Developing and Trading System 2. Deciding on a Backtesting and Trading Platform 3. Printable versions of reviews on Backtesting Platforms 4. AmiBroker Real Users Versus Demo Users 5. For AmiBroker Users only 6. Questions about Amibroker As regarding the split stocks question, please see the next post.
i use amibroker for scanning, i don't think it's used for actual trading you might consider neoticker
Indeed, everyone tries to shit on everyone else and project their own shortcomings as you've experienced. Actual questions are never answered. In my short experience with each platform, I've found Amibroker to be great for research and lacking in live trading. MultiCharts is okay for both, it's a TradeStation clone that I'm not all that fond of.
thanks for your sharing.. Now i go with multicharts but i wish if some could give opinion " multicharts vs ningatrader" in terms of: 1- execution speed 2-if i am going to use up to 10 charts with automated trading 3- all will be one second chart using Thanks
do you think there should be a difference between a Ford and Chevy at 55mph? ps. 1. if the computer is not fast enough, buy a faster one. 2. your internet connection will max out before your computer does.
