I am sitting in my home office doing my mcles. (mandatory continuing ed) I am forced to endure diversity training about employees even though I only have subcontractors in my business. The presenters tried to prep us for their propaganda by making us think we don't perceive reality well. They introduce the Muller Lyer illusion. Since I needed to do something useful with my time I looked htis up. what they don't seem to understand is that the sides of lower line are cut off by the arrow tips and the middle of the upper line is extended by the arrow tips. So our eyes are properly perceiving that the lines are not equal.
