Yup. Steele is a ticking time bomb for Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Ohr, Susan Rice, Brennan, Clapper, Clinton, and Tony Podesta- BIGLY. Not to forget that there Grassley and Lindsey Graham made a referral to the Justice Department to investigate Steele for allegedly lying to the committee about whether he did nor did not release info to the press that he got from the FBI- being of course the same info that he gave to the FBI. When the dossier thing blew up and was exposed, the FBI moved to cover its arse by firing Steele to make it look like he had gone off the reservation. Steele, however, defends himself by saying that the FBI knew about everything, was planning to pay for more of his work, and that his discussion with the press and release of info was fully known and approved by the FBI. Steele fed info to Nellie, Nellie is Ohr's wife, and Steele was meeting with Ohr. When this was uncovered, the FBI, similarly, demoted and re-assigned Ohr to make it look like he was acting off the reservation rather than as part of the known scheme. If anyone- Huber or a future independent counsel- ever goes after Steele as mueller would, then steele is not going to go down easily. He worked for Fusion GPS which was under contract from the the DNC's attorney in order to hide their payments behind the attorney client privilege. But he knows everything. He knows the connection to Tony Podesta and Hillary and over to the State Department, and intel agencies. And he knows who knew what and what they did not know as a basis for using his dossier to submit the FISA warrant. To repeat, he will not go down easily if you try to lock him up for perjury or something. It would be a beautiful thing to watch if you like the sight of John Brennan breaking a sweat.
Yup, and we are over a year into the investigation but Mueller states that he has nothing that has made him a target of investigation, only that he is still looking. ie. all this "cooperating" and "flipping" has not produced anything that would rise to the level of making him a target. Since you are not familiar with this or other legal matters, for a prosecutor to tell someone that they are or are not a target of an investigation is not just casual speech. It has serious consequences in regard to due process. Maybe another year will produce something. We know that Jared is going to go down on some deutch bank loan and probably Ivanka will be prosecuted for alleging that her baby blue shade of lipstick in her cosmetic line was actually midnight blue. What do they Gates and Pop on? Perjury for both right? Just another way of saying that meuller cant get anything on anyone other than perjury. Why do you think he is so desparate to interview Trump? He knows his little obstruction of justice and impeachment plot is headed nowhere. But if he can get Trump to testify that when he was with Stormy he was on top, whereas Stormy says she was on the bottom, then he can go for perjury. Nice. Meanwhile bitch hillary who hired russian agents via her lawyer which was also the dnc's lawyer goes unexamined by Mueller the Clown. Let me know when Mueller has the conviction on Trump for obstruction. Not gonna happen.
Because they are cooperating.Look at the Manafort charges to see what happens if you don't cooperate.
A subject is still suspected of having acted criminally, but no conclusion has yet been reached that he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This is what most people already felt about Trump and the investigation and Trump is far from being in the clear
No. You lack knowledge of the implications and I am not going to educate you. And the "reasonable doubt" comment is ridiculous. Obviously it has not been concluded that he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Only a judge or jury can conclude that. He hasnt even been indicted for chrissake.
Dont need you to.What I posted came from Bruce Green, a former federal prosecutor and law professor at Fordham.
Okay, well if you needed to read that to know that the investigation has gone on for a year and he is only the subject rather than a target then go with whatever helps you. Not many others here need that. Let me know when he is indicted. The nature of a witch-hunt is that there are not many people in Camp Trump who are not "subjects of investigations." That's fine. We got some "subjects of investigations" floating around over in the DOJ/Camp Hillary too. Meanwhile, if you need to know how the obstruction charge against Trump is going to end out, I can let you know. We know that a 6 million dollar settlement was paid to the guy who Mueller wrongfully targetted and witchhunted endlessly in the Anthrax case, until the real perpetrator was eventually caught. Did Mueller ever apologize to that fellow after he destroyed his life. Why dont you google around and let us know. How about the five Anderson Little execs who were wrongfully accused and were released from prison after a year when the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 against Mueller for failing to turn over exculpatory evidence. Did Mueller ever apologize to them either. Yeh. Put up some more pictures of him in VietNam to cover up for his disgraceful prosecutorial career. Mueller doesnt have the case or the legal smarts to prosecute Trump on obstruction. He will however try to make a case in his report so that the dems can use it for impeachment fodder. That's what makes him a spineless pussy witchhunter trying to get even for his buddy Comey rather than a first-rate prosecutor or independent counsel. Trump needs to tell Mueller to send his questions over in writing, that he will look at them, respond where he wishes and then he is done. Go for an indictment from there or buzz off.
If you are the 2nd longest serving FBI directer as well as having a long DOJ career you are going to get some cases wrong. To bad you don't hold Trump to the same standards of perfection.
Mueller's career is much better than six bankruptcies,Trump university, subject of a special counsel investigation, 3,500 legal actions in federal and state courts, one of the worst presidents ever etc
