No collusion. We already knew that. Phoney original charge was put forth hoping to get Trump on something else. That seems to have fallen apart. Last card to be played was obstruction. Mueller gave them all he could to wring their hands over, but nothing that would hold water in a courtroom. Legal nothing burger. Politically it'll give the left something to whine about through the election. Bottom line, no minds will be changed, no votes won or lost. It's a wash.
Honestly, no. I would say the preponderance if evidence is YES conspiracy. Will it hold up beyond a reasonable doubt without manafort talking, I don’t know.
I wanted to get back to this. What the Russians did was way beyond meddling. It was deliberate and systemic. They were working almost as a third hand for the trump campaign.
No they weren't. They were working to disrupt US politics, period. They probably never believed Trump would win either, and didn't focus resources on him like they did Hillary - who was the favored winner by far. The Russians instituted a plan to influence and change US politics much in the same manner the US has done it forever, trying to influence elections in countries all around the world.
Obstruction was always the hail Mary for when collusion failed..... how can Trump obstruct justice when he didnt commit a crime for which he was trying to cover up...... bottom line, is if you cant prove he committed a crime to begin with then he cant possibly be obstructing.
I would love it if the document clearly defined and quantified "deliberate and systemic". The Russians meddling in our elections is clearly a problem. If anyone thinks that Russia is the only country meddling in US elections specifically through the internet (e.g., FB, Twitter, etc.), you are fucking retarded. It is back to questions that I have previous asked. What would be wrong with Putin doing a tv tour in the US if the previous president of Mexico can do it? why can't Putin
