Mueller admits: Can’t Indict a Sitting President

  1. Elements of it clearly should not be water over the dam though. We can say that the election is over with so let's move on, but meanwhile Trump is being required to relive and justify every moment of it.

Hillary colluded with the DNC to violate campaign laws. She practically bought the DNC when it was on the verge of bankruptcy by loaning it money in return for having ALL of the local contributions automatically channeled to her - as an illegal way of circumventing campaign contribution limits. Take that Bernie.

Occasionally some libs will rise to defend it by saying that the practice of automatically passing all local contributions - or at least the percentage designated for national candidates- to just one candidate has been done many times before and is not uncommon. Heh. Nice try. That is true except for one minor little factoid: It was not done during the primary- only after there was a nominee.

I doubt very much that we have heard the last of that especially since Trump is getting dinged on some alleged minor violations. How the hell you can just ignore a major scheme on her part is beyond me. Although I believe the election commission or whatever it is called has several complaints from interest groups filed before it on this matter.

  2. Whatever unproven advantage Trump may have had from Russian meddling- none would be a good estimate- it was exponentially offset by a major, major collusion within D.C to undermine him- whole using bondo and duct tape to keep his opponent out of the slammer.

If Hillary had won, there would have been absolutely ZERO chance that it would have been as a result of a fair and free election. Banana Republic all the way.

  3. Well, it's not good for certain American people, anyway. Trump et al.

Inspector General Horowitz's report on the Department of Justice is about to be released. NYT and WSJ are leaking some tidbits that are not at all flattering to the narrative of a straight shooting, apolitical, impartial DOJ/FBI. Turns out that the DOJ/FBI leadership are very much political animals.

Which is why Trump resurrected his tweeting about the election being rigged - his narrative unfortunately keeps being reinforced by the DOJ/FBI.

What are you talking about? I’m sorry but this reads like made up gibberish. Are you accusing Hillary Clinton’s campaign of breaking the law? If so, which law and how?

The problem is the leaks of the report are showing they are political animals to the detriment of Hillary Clinton.

  7. I am definitely and emphatically doing precisely that.

The substance and detail having been discussed many times and readily available to someone who is not just trying to divert from Mueller not being able to get it up.

    Get going.

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 4, 2017

    Trump: I was "wire tapped"
CNN: Haha. That idiot @realDonaldTrump thinks he was wiretapped.
    ..Six months later..
    CNN: Trump was wiretapped

I might actually agree with you on this point as well. Obama abusing the FISA warrant program for nefarious political purposes, Obama weaponizing the DOJ/FBI through "Operation Crossfire" in order to spy on private citizens undertaking a political campaign, DOJ/FBI leadership selectively leaking information to media friends while stonewalling Congress...

It certainly doesn't make a good case for electing more of the same.

I doubt you agree with me. What I was saying is you will see a lot of the Horowitz report will be condemning of the fbi’s actions that harmed Hillary Clinton in the election. Clinton was harmed, not Trump.

FISA is controversial and abusive by nature. Remember the old saying anyone who would sacrifice freedom for security deserves neither.
