MTrader Manual for Sale?

Does anyone have a used manual for Ken Wolff's Mtrader course that they no longer need and would be willing to sell? Let me know. Thanks

I have the CD,MTrader Interactive, version 3.02 from 1999

It is dated by now, I would see what version they are on now and make a decision. I guess his stuff is interesting, I became interested in due to comments made by LBR. But my niche has remained swing trading 10 - 120 minute bars.
The CD is your's if you would like it.
