  4. Considering the source, this statement isn't all that surprising. Let's break it down. Fifty years ago less than 5% of children were born out of wedlock. Today it's over 40% and double that in the black community. Women and men alike have less that stellar virtues now days, and men, especially black men have all but abandoned their parental responsibilities. Consequently we're seeing younger and younger single women with children, and no responsible man to be found helping to raise those kids. So you have a 20 year old black girl with 3 kids, who in no way shape or form can handle that responsibility on her own. The end result is predictable. The "collective community" needs to assist in raising the kids. If you had a plan to destroy a society you would follow, you would follow exactly, the path we have been on for the past 40-50 years. Job well done comrades. Well done indeed.

  5. I saw this the other day and my first impression is this is targeted at minority kids. You just can't address a group of people as being "failures" at parenting but lo and behold they are. So now we'll have to include, whites and asians, etc so we can reach out to the black community.

Parenting classes should be taught in school.
