Both CEO's seem to be doing a terrible job over the last 10 years so why is it that the are still the CEO of these companies? if I was a terrible employee I would get fired and someone would replace me. But how is it that in Microsoft and Cisco you could be a horrible employee and not get fired by shareholders?
