this is such a whack job post that I am actually questioning your intelligence. Russia is crazy pro trump. I reckon they have something on him. They are the primary financiers of the trump org and likely they have blackmail on trump. Putin said he supported Kamala to trick the dumbest of the population.
IDK how your inability to provide a good answer applies to my intelligence, but... OK. So, who cares? FOX news is also pro Trump, should we ban them too? I thought that was Kamala's job?
In all seriousness, let's nix the games, insults, appeals to authority, non-sequiturs, false dilemmas, and usual logical fallacies. BBC exists, CBC exists, NPR, PBS, Australian public broadcasting, so on, so forth. I'm sure the great savior of democracy, Kamala Harris - who I'm definitely voting for, would never want to ban Instituto Mexicano de la Radio. Get back on topic... MSDNC exists, so why shouldn't RT? There's an answer and I'll even give the person who gets it right a prize.
As I hope I may die in my sleep.. Russia changed their law in 2022 making it a crime for journalists to say anything the Kremlin deemed untrue. That means all the western bureau offices closed. RT is not a doppelganger website, just two employees of RT are believed to be involved. Well then, fingers crossed I die in my sleep and don't have to go and tidy my studio tomorrow.
So your answer is... since they did it we should too? The judges inform me that's not correct, or at least not what they're looking for. Perhaps you can be more precise. The prize remains up for grabs.
Fox News being right wing oriented is one thing. a foreign power paying influencers to promote its interests here is another. (Unless the US does it in another country, but that’s the hypocrisy of international politics)
While both have the same goal of election interference and spreading misinformation, we cannot allow a foreign network to openly corrupt our political system any more than it already is. MSDNC is the greater threat to our electoral process, but the criminally corrupt government agencies still allow them to openly lie and deceive, but we can take some comfort in knowing that intellectually honest people will see them for what they are and seek real news and information elsewhere. They are however a really good source for entertainment depending how how morbid your sense of humor is.
No sweet merciful relief for me, damn. Yep, they did it first is exactly how the naked ape show operates for mortality related reasons*. "War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse." John Stuart Mill In another vein, "There is no avoiding war; it can only be postponed to the advantage of others. Niccolò Machiavelli from "The Prince". *unless you are into the whole haunt-them-from-the-afterlife approach.
Msnbc and Fox are not threats to democracy they are a part of it and you cannot legislate opinions. It is sad that people have lowered their intelligence to believe opinion as fact but it is what it is. The media is part of the process and is no more a threat than it was in the first election. Sharing opinions is not lying or deceiving and the courts have a process to right the wrong when they do such as Fox getting sued over election lies and CNN getting sued over the Kid and the native American confrontation at the Lincoln Memorial.
