MS in merger talks with WB

does this make sense? wouldn't MS be putting itself in a bigger hole if this goes thru?

Didn't MS just buy up Merill Lynch? Now MS needs to be bough up? This market is screwed up.

 

MER was bought out by BAC, not MS. MS is not looking to get bought out. they are looking for a merger. but of all those banks, i hope it's not with WB.
