  1. That's pretty weak. Walmart is the largest buyer for most small food companies. Pickle-Gate this aint.

  2. This is the deal that could get Obama indicted:

    Obama buys Rezko land
Over the years, Rezko, Mahru, their wives and businesses have given more than $50,000 to Obama's campaign funds, records show. And Rezko has helped raise millions more.
Rezko was among the people Obama appointed to serve on his U.S. Senate campaign finance committee, the Sun-Times reported in 2003. The committee raised more than $14 million, according to Federal Election Commission records, helping send Obama to Washington in 2004.

As a U.S. senator, Obama grew closer to Rezko.

Two years ago, Obama bought a mansion on the South Side, in the Kenwood neighborhood, from a doctor. On the same day, Rezko's wife, Rita Rezko, bought the vacant lot next door from the same seller. The doctor had listed the properties for sale together. He sold the house to Obama for $300,000 below the asking price. The doctor got his asking price on the lot from Rezko's wife.

Last year, Rita Rezko sold a strip of that vacant lot to Obama for $104,500 -- a deal Obama later apologized for, acknowledging that people might think he got a favor from Rezko. Obama called the episode "boneheaded'' and a "mistake.''

At the time Obama bought that strip of land, it had been reported that Rezko was under federal investigation for influence-peddling involving the administration of Blagojevich, whose campaign also received Rezko's financial support.

Rezko has since been indicted for allegedly demanding kickbacks from companies seeking state business under Blagojevich. Rezko's trial has been postponed while investigators sort through his finances.

  4. I don't think this will hurt Obama. Clinton had a scandal a week during his run and everybody knew half of what he said was a lie and Bush was a draft dogger and also a lier. Both of those guys lied about drug use and both got elected. Maybe all this Obama stuff is an indication of who our next president will be.

  5. Obama's a slumlord, liar, and drug dealer. Charles Manson will have to be Veep to clean up the ticket.

    But, he's black, he'll understand my problems.:D

  6. Without Perot getting 19% of the 1992 vote there's zero chance Clinton would have been elected.

Maybe Obama lucks out if a third party white guy get's involved.

Obama is 1. Slime, 2. No accomplishments (at least Clinton and Bush were decent Governors, 3. His platform (when he decides where he is on issues) will be far to the left of centrist America.

And BTW: While Clinton was a draft dodger I wouldn't classify Bush who flew F-102's in the National Guard as a dodger.
Keep in mind that a relatively small percentage of those who served in the 60's actually saw Vietnam.

  7. Not sure if this is supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, but it's common knowledge that the President got a soft ride through his National Guard Service and was never going to Vietnam, ever. Same thing with his admission to University - he got in because his family is one of the more prestigious in the US. I mean, let's face it - for all his strengths, academic excellence isn't one of them.

This is not to say that the privileged sons of Democrats haven't been given a free pass just as many times. Is it draft dodging? Sure it is - legal draft dodging that's a fact of life when you have a lot of cash.

Just trying to keep it real, y'all.

  8. Admit it you wouldn't want to depend on either one of them in a physical fight when out numbered. Bush would help get the fight going by name calling and then when it started he'd run and get help. At least Clinton is smart and might be able to talk his way out of the fight.
