That FDA approval news was out at 3:43 EST. The stock didn't react to it at all (it actually traded slightly lower). It only ran after CNBC "broke" the news after the closing bell. If anything, I think it might have been a good short when it popped above 54.50 in AH trading.
Then God help me because I just bought 870 shares at $54.54 AH trading. I was one of those people watching on tv
