Mr. Williams responds

  1. I have probably read more about him than you have. Why are you defending him?

  2. You don't need to be "struggling" in order to have capacity for improvement. If you can't almost double your money within 32 trading days, as apparently Larry can if you have been following this thread, then you could use improvement. What's stopping you from taking the course? Surely it is not a lack of money because you seem to make wads of it in your YM and ES threads. And you seem to be standing behind the guy at every turn. Put your money where your mouth is.

you can read all you want. But what have you learned ?
As absurd as it may seem there are people who are better traders than you and there is a lot to be learned from them.

  5. That's the disclaimer that keeps him from getting sued off the planet. It is probably also a legal requirement. However, if you have ever gotten any of his newsletters, then you will see that he will show you how to make many thousands of dollars a month with only 30 minutes a day. (I know, since I have somehow gotten onto his mailing list, probably due to my previous broker.) Use your head. He's not selling how-to books and expensive seminars to NOT make you a trader. Go to a book store and read some of the text in his books. I have. Trust me, he will "give you the keys to the kingdom." His words, not mine.

Larry is not a "high frequency" trader. Therefore, the only eye-hand coordination you require to trade his methods are the ability to turn on a computer and press the appropriate buttons periodically. Let's not compare those physical requirements to professional baseball, shall we?

Volente, if that's all you got, then please don't waste your time. Or mine.

You are right, there is not much challenge in arguing with a close minded person.

Great article Apex. The price isn't that excessive considering the showmanship of it all - especially when even losing gurus are charging similar prices. And always a chance Larry will get a lucky streak.
    Pity he stopped them really.

  10. From reading about him? I have learned that I should hold tightly onto my wallet. Of course there are traders better than I am. Evidently, you are one of them. I think that's great. But I choose to go down my own path. All I had to say when I started posting on this thread is that those who speak well of Larry or defend him should take his courses and read his books lest they come across as hypocrites. Indeed, a few of the respondents thus far are not hypocrites, and I congratulate them.

Volente, if I may be candid, you seem to be better with charts than with debates. May I suggest that you focus on your strengths?
