Palm Desert is beautiful with awesome friendly people. Vegas is a close enough so no need to move.

We don't trade iron condors, we raise California condors here.

 

And the Coachella Annual Music Festival is only a short drive from Palm Desert.

 

In CA, trading hubs are mostly in/near beach communities. Try Newport Beach, become Ed Thorp's neighbor.

 

Nada, mostly snowbirds with 2nd homes and $$$. Plenty of hungry cougars on the prowl.
