No landlord or real estate management company is going to touch without a co-signer. Being only 19 you could have only been legally trading for 1+ years? Why not just save up a wholes year worth of rent and then go get an apartment? I had one of my tenants do that. He gave me security deposit, plus a whole years rent up front because he had terrible credit.
WOW!!!!!! SEND ME YOUR NEW ADDRESS SO I CAN SEND SOME SCAMMERS ROUND AND TAKE WHAT COIN YOU HAVE LEFT.!!
I won't have anyone co-sign for me, my family doesn't like what I do with my trading. They believe I'm destined to blow up like the read on the news and they wouldn't be able to financially afford it if something really bad does happen to me, hopefully you understand *I come from a poor family*. I'm also prepared to save up 1 years of rent, that is what I already stated, to pay off the lease for 12 months in advance. Some say here that it isn't going to happen. I'm going to start contacting a few landlords and see what happens in the upcoming months. Appreciate the help.
Well I'm going to conclude that this thread is ruined. I appreciate everyone who offered help to me. I'll do some research on google to find out about secured credit cards and taking out loans and such. Appreciate the help. I don't appreciate Patch and Wee-man for screwing this thread up, but hey, idiots will be idiots, I can't solve stupidity, I can only point it out. Thanks for the help everyone. Good day to you all.
No need to thank me - I am a giver. Well, if any landlord reads this thread theyre gonna be hoping they dont get a call from Rick-jm-morronis...hehehehe
So let me get this right. You don't know how to fix your credit. You don't know what a lease is. You don't know how to rent an apartment. But you are an expert in what IB is doing wrong You are an expert in what eSignal is doing wrong and you are an expert in what all the other traders are doing wrong AND YOU WANT PEOPLE HER TO HELP YOU OUT WITH secured CREDIT Why does this picture not add up?
Kastro, All they care about is your credit score...That is the first thing...then your ability to repay comes next...such as debt to income ratio and then finally stabilty such as time on the job and at your residence...bla bla... When you walk into a bank for a loan, all they care about is the job you have.
