Moving Average Stock Scanner

Is there a website preferable free that wil scan andl give me all the stocks that have crossed a specific moving average?

I may be wrong because I haven't really used it. But won't the MSN money deluxe stock screener do something that simple?

 

All these stock scan i guess scans day charts. Is there a way or place to scan say 4hr or 1hr charts?

It's reliable since it's now part of the the DowJones Co. However, it gives delayed quote. I wonder if they can give real-time quote with subscription, pay a regular fee per month etc.
