It was pretty to done that. In the late 90s a company called princeton trading opened and office and ran some tv ads on cnbc (in SD.) In the ads they had women dressed like hooters girls all over the guys who were trading. it was pretty funny.
One day I'm gonna make a movie about trading. I bet the guy who wrote the script or the director for the film "Wall street" weren't actually traders.

I don't understand, if you're Oliver Stone, how can you let the anachronism of the Challenger explosion or "on the phone selling NASA stock short" stay in the movie and sleep at night? That's what happens when you take Hollywood money!
