Movie theater chain AMC just bought a stake in a tiny gold miner with a shaky financial history

I wrote about the $2.50 call volume going nuts while common was $1.10-.13. AMC or the miner leaked.

 

Based on some SEC filings the last few days the current OS is just over 107 million. The number of authorized shares is also being increased from 400M to 1.4B.

 

They are merging with ZZZ Best Carpet Cleaning.

 

Are you sure? I thought Tai Lopez was preparing to merge them with the old & defunct RadioShack instead...

AMC is only half as good as it was a year ago.
