How do you best screen for stocks with high volatility without getting a list of illiquidy penny stocks?
use a scanner that lets you input your criteria.....use a minimum price...lets say $50, and a minimum beta, lets say 2, and a minimum volume, lets say 1,000,000, and there you have it...highly volatile liquid stocks
