What do you guys think? GMS is giving a 40-50% yield. Fords etd is giving high 20%. Citi's is yielding 13%.

    What do you guys think?

When the description says "The company has the right, at any time, to defer dividend payments for up to 20 consecutive quarters (but not beyond the maturity date)."

Does that mean they can stop paying and not be responsible for the cash not paid? Or is it cumulative? Thanks guys.
