You know I think that may be WLIR-FM? I used to listen to that visiting the cousins around Montauk and Hamptons. Had to use a big antenna strung up a tree but after while they sorted it out. They made a documentary a few years back. I just asked my older brother and he agreed, he told me they lost their frequency and then got a new one which was better.
