    ss and medicare are included in the general budget and are part of the deficit calculations.

    the aca increased the deficit.

    where do you come up with so much misinformation?

    SSI has taken in trillions more than has been spent on SSI.SSI surpluses shouldn't be allowed to be used to pay for tax cuts,wars,military etc
