I liked the one where the westerner is walking down the street. He falls into a manhole and hits his head. After climbing back out, he looks at the workers. "Where is the yellow tape?" He asks them angrily. "What yellow tape?" They reply back with their own question. "The yellow tape you are supposed to put around the manhole! It's dangerous." He spatters. The workers look at each other for a moment. One turns and replies "You didn't see the yellow tape around the whole country when you entered?"
