I agree....very unfortunate, but I bet everything was in legal limits. and they sold over 1000 homes. everyone got paid.
Yeah, how do you not determine the price of a house before buying it? If someone buys my old Toyota Camry for 20K even though it's only worth two, that is their problem. Geez, I thought everyone knew you need to get your own appraiser...
